Refund policy

We are happy to return items bought in our store within 14 days of purchase. See below exceptions.

If you want to return an item please contact us info@koldsauce.com and we will provide return information.

We advise sending return items using a trackable service, the cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Once received please allow up to 7-10 working days for refunds to be processed.*

*note this time can be longer in certain busy periods but refunds will always be processed within 30 days.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (i.e. food items) & custom products. We only accept return items that are unused/unworn.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
